blueEnergy is a diverse team of Nicaraguan, French, and American members working both locally and internationally to deliver basic services to some of the world's most isolated communities in cooperation with our local partner in Ethiopia, MCMDO. Our team in Nicaragua is made up of 21 permanent staff members, each of whom is local Nicaraguan. Women make up the entire management team at blueEnergy Nicaragua, and over half of the staff are women.
